Is there a setup fee?

No. All plans include onboarding and WhatsApp Business verification at no extra cost. Setup takes under an hour.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my message limit?

We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly limit. You can upgrade or pay-as-you-go for additional messages (QR 0.40/msg).

Do I need a new WhatsApp number?

No. Halaqa integrates with your existing WhatsApp Business number. We use the official Meta WhatsApp Business API.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We're compliant with Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016). All data is stored on encrypted servers in the region. We never sell or share customer data.

What languages does the AI speak?

Arabic and English out of the box. The AI auto-detects the customer's language and responds in kind. Mixed-language messages (Arabizi, code-switching) are handled naturally.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard or by emailing us. No questions, no cancellation fees.
